📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for a range of levels and departments • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and department leads • Screen resumes, conduct talent sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessments • Prepare candidate evaluation reports and present candidates to hiring managers • Track all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience • Monitor recruitment and selection metrics and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes • Experience with competency-based interviews and talent sourcing • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset • Experience recruiting for strategic positions and using LinkedIn and Sólides is preferred • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strategic and analytical thinking • Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection
