• In this role, you will work directly with inbound warm leads through our advanced dialing technology to help individuals and families secure life insurance coverage that fits their needs. • You’ll guide customers through the sales process, overcome objections, build trust quickly, and deliver an efficient purchasing experience while operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Active Life Insurance License preferred • Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience strongly preferred • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-focused role • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities • Coachable mindset with willingness to adapt and improve • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms simultaneously • Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
