📋 Description

• First month: build the review generation system and email automation. • Review Generation • Design and build a review request system across DTC and Amazon • Ensure eligible orders receive review requests; track and iterate on results • Email Marketing • Own Klaviyo — campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing • Build lifecycle sequences (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP) • Report on open rates, CTR, and revenue impact weekly • Listings, SEO & Conversion • Optimize product listings and copy across Shopify, Amazon, and Nordstrom • Improve keyword ranking and organic visibility on Amazon and Nordstrom • Drive organic traffic to Shopify through Google SEO • Identify and fix conversion barriers on the DTC storefront • Marketing Operations • Manage the master marketing calendar across DTC, retail, and email • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and on-time execution • Pull weekly performance reports; partner with Finance/Ops on launches

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaigns — with progressive ownership of metrics and systems • Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform) • Strong copywriter — email, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice • Search optimization — Google SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility • Analytical — reads data, draws conclusions, acts on them • Multi-channel — familiar with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce • Excellent English writing; experience working remotely • Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST • Experience in lifestyle, retail, or fashion brands preferred.
