• Develop and retain the partner network • Manage a portfolio of reseller and white‑label partners • Support partner and partner‑customer onboarding • Foster partner relationships, present new features and ensure their adoption • Identify risks and opportunities to maximize satisfaction, retention and growth of the indirect channel • Structure and lead the Partner Success function • Track partner performance using key metrics and HubSpot reporting • Implement this structured tracking in HubSpot and continuously improve it • Set up the processes, tools and best practices required to scale the activity • Proactively recommend improvements to evolve the organization, ways of working and partner experience • Manage and grow the team • Support and upskill the existing team • Drive the team’s KPIs • Participate in hiring and in building the future Partner Success team • Contribute to the growth strategy • Work closely with the Alliance, Customer Success Manager, Marketing and Product teams • Own a vision for partner network development • Support the structuring of the function in a high‑growth context
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Alliances or Channel Management within a SaaS, tech or scale‑up environment • Experience in management or as a Team Lead • Strong command of HubSpot (creation of workflows and processes in HubSpot required) • English: C1 level
