• New customer acquisition: You independently identify and acquire corporate clients and take ownership of your sales process — from initiating the first meetings to successfully closing contracts. • Existing account management: You support our Existing Business team as needed by leveraging the trust-based relationships you have built with your existing clients. • Initiative: You contribute to activating client employees through events and communications measures. • CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration. • Sales innovation: You bring optimization suggestions and ideas to help make the sales organization even more successful. • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Supply and Existing Business.
• Sales experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in B2B sales and are ready to apply your skills in a growing market sector. • Regional connection: You live in Hamburg or the surrounding area and know the region well — familiar with the local culture, people, and specific characteristics. • Result orientation: You are driven by the idea of taking control of your own success. • Purpose-driven sales: You want to sell a product that is meaningful and help EGYM Wellpass make workplace health promotion a priority for companies. • Working style: You maintain a structured and independent way of working. • Occupational health management: Ideally you have experience in workplace health management / corporate fitness or have knowledge in this area, e.g., through your studies. • Language skills: You have fluent German and good English skills.
