📋 Description

• New customer acquisition & retention: You handle B2B sales activities from A to Z — sales pitches, software demos, proposal preparation, and relationship management. • Own customer portfolio: You represent us at events and trade shows, network with decision-makers, and strategically build your portfolio. • No cold calling from scratch: We provide qualified leads — you focus on selling, not searching for phone numbers. • Help shape sales strategy: You bring market insights back to the team and actively help develop our sales strategy. • CRM & tools: You work cleanly in HubSpot and use our digital sales tools effectively. • Teamwork: Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Management — short decision paths and fast decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and motivation in sales • Excellent communication skills and high self-motivation • Structured, careful working style — comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM • Basic knowledge of HubSpot is required • Interest in, or ideally experience with, E-Mobility and energy
