📋 Description

• Coordinate and/or supervise deployments and expansions of telecommunications networks (Metro Ethernet, DWDM, SDH and high-capacity optical networks) • Support field teams through technical inspections, data collection and project validation • Prepare and review system and infrastructure designs (civil works, power, DC power systems and HVAC) • Perform commissioning, acceptance and performance tests on circuits (BERT, RFC, OTDR), ensuring the quality of deliverables • Serve as the company's technical representative in client relationships for new service projects • Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects (analysis, validation, approval and execution monitoring) • Monitor vendors, ensuring technical quality, schedules and adherence to standards • Participate in the definition and testing of new equipment and solutions • Analyze indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements to Engineering processes • Participate in equipment procurement and service contracting (specification, negotiation and contract management) • Control the financial execution of projects • Oversee last-mile services with vendors • Organize technical documentation, project designs and departmental resources • Manage logistics for materials and equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field • Solid experience in deploying telecommunications networks
