📋 Description

• Work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise customers • Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process • Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions • Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition • Create technical enablement resources for the sales team • Build self-service tools and documentation to help customers implement solutions independently • Identify common integration patterns or features for productization and work with product teams to implement them

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support • Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background to architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions • Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences • Fluency in English and Spanish • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances • Based in Mexico; preference for Mexico City • Regular travel for customer onsites
