📋 Description

• Architecture and Strategy: Design and implement complex solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring scalability and alignment with manufacturing processes; • Project Management: Lead implementations of new features, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to final deployment; • Integrations: Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems (ERP, WMS, e-commerce), ensuring end-to-end data flow; • Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Serve as a reference for the support team and junior/mid-level analysts, defining best practices for governance and development; • Advanced Automation: Create and maintain complex flows (Flow Builder), validations, and automations that reduce manual work for field and back-office teams; • Data Intelligence: Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports that support the board's strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT; • Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields (a plus); • Relevant courses and desirable skills: Project Management, Agile methodologies, Generative AI; • Software knowledge: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Azure, SQL, Agenforce AI (required); • Proven track record working with the Salesforce platform, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies; • Strong skills in declarative configuration, data security, automations (Flows), and technical knowledge of Apex/LWC (for liaising with developers); • Ability to translate complex sales and after-sales needs into viable technical solutions; • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud (preferred).
