📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval processes, and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories. • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT. • Map current-state ("as-is") processes and design optimized future-state ("to-be") workflows within Oracle CPQ. • Partner with developers and CPQ administrators to design, configure, and validate product configuration rules, constraint rules, pricing rules, discounting structures, and commerce/document workflows. • Define and execute test plans, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate defect triage and resolution. • Manage integrations between Oracle CPQ and adjacent systems such as CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CX), ERP, and contract management tools, documenting data flows and field mappings. • Develop training materials, process documentation, and user guides; deliver enablement sessions to end users and administrators. • Act as the primary point of contact for CPQ enhancement requests, prioritizing the backlog and communicating timelines and status to stakeholders. • Support release management, regression testing, and deployment activities across environments. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years working directly with Oracle CPQ (formerly Oracle BigMachines / Oracle CPQ Cloud). • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash (QTC) process and CPQ concepts: product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, quoting, and proposal/document generation. • Hands-on familiarity with CPQ components such as configuration rules, constraint rules, commerce processes, the document engine, data tables, and BML (BigMachines Language) scripting concepts. • Proven experience writing clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Experience defining and executing test cases and leading UAT. • Solid understanding of CPQ integrations with CRM and ERP platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, present to leadership, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
