📋 Description

•ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by industry experts from global companies such as Nike, Netflix, Google, and more. •Since our establishment in 2020, we have grown from a small team to 140 talented members, delivering education to over 17,000 students worldwide. •We are currently expanding our team in South Africa to support our growing presence and impact. •ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented Sales Representative to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. •You won’t need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who’ve already scheduled their calls. •If you're passionate about high-ticket sales and want to earn what you're worth, this role is for you. •This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates based in Indonesia. •This position is offered on a contract basis. •The selected candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor. •You are a born closer who thrives under pressure and doesn’t just meet targets—you crush them. •You are strategic in your approach, with a deep understanding of buyer psychology. •You are self-directed and disciplined in a remote work setup. •You bring value to your team while owning your individual results. •Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses. •Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals. •Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks. •Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM. •Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement. •Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. •Fluent, professional English communication skills. •Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms. •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly •Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills. •A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
