• Advising, training and supporting managers and specialist staff in the senior care centers • Supporting the senior care centers before, during and after visits by the Medical Service (MD), the residential care inspectorate and other external audits • Organizing and conducting PDL (nursing management) conferences • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of processes and systems • Ensuring compliance with the quality management targets, structural, process and outcome quality and the applicable guidelines • Analyzing, monitoring and optimizing processes and ensuring the effectiveness of the QM tools in use • Guiding corrective actions in case of deviations • Implementing, further developing and evaluating the internal quality management system
• Successfully completed training as a licensed nursing professional • Further training and/or degree in quality management, nursing management or health management with subsequent leadership experience in healthcare • Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in steering and implementing nursing-related tasks • Strong social and leadership skills combined with assertiveness • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Willingness to travel for a regional role in the greater Munich area
