📋 Description

• Advising, training and supporting management and nursing staff in the senior care centers • Supporting the senior care centers before, during and after inspections by the Medical Service (MD), the nursing home supervisory authority and other external audits • Organizing and conducting Nursing Service Manager (PDL) meetings • Conducting internal audits to verify the effectiveness of processes and systems • Ensuring compliance with quality management targets, structural, process and outcome quality, as well as applicable guidelines • Analyzing, monitoring and optimizing processes and ensuring the effectiveness of the QM tools in use • Guiding corrective actions in case of deviations • Implementing, developing and evaluating the internal quality management system

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a state-qualified nursing professional (registered nurse) • Further training and/or degree in Quality Management, Nursing Management or Health Management with subsequent leadership experience in healthcare • Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in directing and implementing professional nursing tasks • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills combined with assertiveness • Confident appearance and excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Willingness to travel regionally within the Greater Munich area
