📋 Description
• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion • Document business development activities • Present products and services to new clients • Conduct market research regularly • Build strategies for specified markets • Identify key markets • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts • Attend major industry events
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field • Fluency in Japanese is essential • Fluency in English • 4+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector • Preferably gained experience in Forex/CFD trading organisation or similar • Leadership/mentoring experience • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office apps • Ability to face constant challenges and adapt to changes • Proactive position in running a business • Ability to travel when required
