📋 Description

• Map, analyze, and propose solutions to business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements • Support the Product Owner in breaking down demands into user stories and managing the backlog • Lead workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation meetings • Apply Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design in the analysis and development of solutions • Ensure alignment between business areas and development teams while maintaining requirements traceability • Assess the impact of changes and support delivery planning and prioritization • Collaborate during sprints, supporting the technical team and contributing to the continuous delivery of value

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst • Completed bachelor's degree • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in sprints • Knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management • Experience with elicitation techniques and workshop facilitation • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design • Strong communication skills and the ability to work at the intersection of business and technology • Analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
