📋 Description

• Monitor digital channel KPIs, ensuring data integrity and visibility into results • Structure studies, analyses, and reports to support real-time business decisions • Own official reports, presenting figures and interpreting data • Guide and direct the business team based on data and analyses • Develop action plans and projects in collaboration with the business team • Lead strategic project governance rituals and agendas, ensuring stakeholder execution • Lead exploratory analyses of in-funnel behavior and business hypotheses across web and app • Use Digital Analytics to analyze technical and behavioral journeys and increase conversion • Automate reports and analyses, reducing manual processes • Build AI agents to manage reporting routines • Support the digital marketing strategy with a focus on increasing conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL: ability to independently extract and manipulate large volumes of data (BigQuery, Databricks) • Proficiency with visualization and dashboarding tools (Data Studio) • Use of GenAI language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) to automate analyses, summarize operational data, and accelerate script development • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets • Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Digital Analytics and user behavior analysis, including journeys, retention, conversion, and cohorts • Advanced proficiency with Amplitude or equivalent event-based tools • Ability to conduct complex funnel analyses and validate the consistency and taxonomy of collected tags/events
