📋 Description

• Work within the Software Engineering area focused on credit solutions for businesses • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems that enable credit solutions for cooperatives • Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, taking an end-to-end product perspective • Monitor system performance through analysis and validation • Understand and apply agile principles, including user story writing, Scrum, and Lean Inception • Facilitate the development process by connecting business needs with the software engineering team • Manage the systems backlog and refinement processes • Develop roadmaps and prioritize initiatives • Support architecture and software engineering decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Knowledge of technologies, techniques, and methodologies for systems analysis and requirements engineering • Knowledge of and experience with agile software development methodologies • Knowledge of estimation tools • Systems thinking and strategic vision • Ability to structure complex problems • Experience managing systems backlogs and refinement processes • Knowledge of roadmap development and prioritization techniques • Technical knowledge to support architecture decisions • Technical knowledge to support software engineering decisions • Basic knowledge of databases and data query structures (SQL) • Preferred: knowledge of the financial services market and applicable regulations • Preferred: knowledge of credit products • Preferred: knowledge of UX techniques and Design Thinking • Preferred: knowledge of software development and architecture patterns
