📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of a business need into a structured, scoped innovation initiative ready for a development decision

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Discovery, Design Thinking, and Project Management • Experience with problem structuring and root cause analysis • Experience with requirements gathering and functional scoping • Basic knowledge of technical scoping • Experience with complexity assessment and analysis • Experience with portfolio management and prioritization • Knowledge of products and technology • Knowledge of R&D, TRL, and KRs • Bachelor’s degree completed • Preferably a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields • Postgraduate qualification in Innovation Management, Project Management, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Technology, or related fields is desirable
