📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for new digital products and services • Conduct discovery and requirements gathering with customers and users • Define product vision, value proposition, and requirements • Build and prioritize the backlog and roadmap • Structure MVPs and oversee their validation • Coordinate interactions between Development, UX/UI, Data, AI, and business areas • Define acceptance criteria and track squad deliveries • Monitor adoption, satisfaction, revenue, and product performance metrics • Support decisions on business models, pricing, and go-to-market strategy • Contribute to the development of proposals and commercial presentations • Monitor the market, competitors, trends, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in Product Management • Product Discovery, MVP design, and Product Delivery • Backlog management and prioritization • Roadmap creation and tracking • Definition of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Scrum and/or Kanban • Definition and monitoring of product KPIs and metrics • Building business cases • Preparation of executive presentations • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user journey • Business acumen and value-driven mindset • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Monday, or similar tools • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle • Understanding of application architecture and integration with technical teams • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Design, Economics, or related fields • Experience with digital products, innovation, or digital transformation • Hands-on experience working closely with software development teams • Experience in technology consulting, a software house, or SaaS environments • Lean Inception and Design Thinking • Continuous Product Discovery • OKRs and metrics-driven management • Product Analytics • Knowledge of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence • Experience with Generative AI and AI agents applied to products • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud, and software architecture • Prototyping with Figma or similar tools • Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies • Pricing, revenue models, and unit economics • Experience with SaaS products, B2B, or digital platforms
