📋 Description

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, user problems, and product opportunities • Shape product direction when requirements, priorities, or product vision are evolving • Create and organize product backlogs, user stories, business rules, and feature definitions • Collaborate with delivery managers, designers, and engineers to define valuable, feasible, and usable solutions • Facilitate alignment across clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, prioritization, and go-to-market conversations • Join product ceremonies and help ensure the product evolves in the right direction • Operate across strategic, discovery-oriented, execution-focused, and delivery-focused projects • Navigate ambiguity, evolving priorities, multiple stakeholders, and fast-changing product contexts • Adapt to consulting-style environments and switch context across projects and industries • Use AI for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow acceleration

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing digital products across web and mobile environments • Experience navigating ambiguity, evolving priorities, and fast-changing product contexts • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities • Advanced English proficiency for calls, discussions, and asynchronous collaboration with international clients and teams • Experience operating across multidisciplinary product, engineering, design, and delivery teams • Adaptability to consulting-style environments and fast context-switching across projects and industries • Day-to-day use of AI for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow acceleration • Previous experience in consulting/service environments, enterprise products, or US-based client contexts is a strong plus • Valid business registration in the candidate’s country, such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent • Bank account eligible to receive payments in USD • Ability to issue invoices accordingly
