📋 Description

• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, user problems, and product opportunities • Shape product direction amid evolving requirements, priorities, and product vision • Create and organize product backlogs, user stories, business rules, and feature definitions • Collaborate with delivery managers, designers, and engineers to define valuable, feasible, and usable solutions • Facilitate alignment across clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, prioritization, and go-to-market conversations • Join product ceremonies and help ensure the product evolves in the right direction • Support strategic discovery-oriented and execution-focused project work across different industries and client contexts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing digital products across web and mobile environments • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving priorities, and fast-changing product contexts • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities • English proficiency at least at an advanced level for calls, discussions, and asynchronous communication • Experience operating across multidisciplinary product, engineering, design, and delivery teams • Adaptability to consulting-style environments and fast context-switching across projects and industries • Use of AI in day-to-day workflows for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow acceleration • Valid business registration in the candidate's country, such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent • Bank account eligible to receive payments in USD • Ability to issue invoices accordingly • Previous consulting/service environment, enterprise product, or US-based client experience is a strong plus
