• 2+ years of experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a growth-focused role • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships • Comfortable with frequent travel and energized by field-based work • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a community-oriented mindset • Passionate about improving care access for children and families • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited to help build something from the ground up
