📋 Description

• Develop energy concepts during early project phases and take responsibility for their implementation through to operational commissioning and ongoing operation • Support clients with a focus on transformation plans and feasibility studies • Guide clients from the real estate sector and municipalities from the initial consultation to contract signing • Lead projects and project teams, including contract management, cost management and interface management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Master's or Diplom) • 2–3 or 3–5 years of relevant professional experience • Familiarity with BEG and BEW as well as relevant funding schemes for district development • Proven experience in contracting for heat supply and, ideally, for electricity supply to buildings and districts • Familiarity with standards/certifications such as IPMA®, PMI® or AXELOS Ltd. (PRINCE2®) • High self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility for demanding projects • Understanding of the operation of a heating network
