📋 Description

• Coordinate teams of supervisors and field representatives • Ensure excellent execution at points of sale and achievement of Perfect Store KPIs • Manage people and develop high-performing teams • Manage product replenishment and reduce out-of-stocks • Implement merchandising strategies and increase brand visibility in retail • Manage execution, product availability, shelf share, secondary displays, and promotional compliance KPIs • Turn field insights into action plans to drive sales and business results • Work closely with commercial, customer, and operations teams • Ensure an excellent consumer journey and sustainable business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Reside in Brasília, Cuiabá, Goiânia, or Palmas • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field • Previous experience in a merchandising coordination or leadership role • At least 5 years of experience in merchandising • Strong ability to indirectly manage outsourced teams • Experience with field operations, in-store execution, and field representative management • Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of the Involves platform is a plus • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is preferred • Experience with merchandising, trade marketing, or promotional agencies is preferred • Experience working with customers such as Atacadão, Assaí, and regional retailers is preferred • Knowledge of execution and Perfect Store KPIs is preferred • Must be a local candidate already authorized to work in Brazil; relocation support is not available
