📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of significant software features or projects • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality code standards • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and software architecture • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, code comments, clear and efficient code

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training • 4+ years of experience in software development • Proficiency in multiple programming languages • Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Effective leadership and communication skills • Experienced in working in a Full stack environment • Excellent communication and technical influencing skills • Experience with Agile principles preferred
