• Previous experience as a Closer (required); • Experience in consultative sales and negotiation of high-value offerings; • Communicative, persuasive, and goal-oriented profile; • Strong closing skills: ability to overcome objections and finalize contracts efficiently; • CRM knowledge: familiarity with lead management systems for organizing and tracking opportunities; • Technology and digital tools: proficient with WhatsApp, video conferencing, Google Drive, and digital calendars; • Suitable home office environment: quiet workspace, stable internet access, and basic equipment (computer and headset).
