📋 Description
• Respond to customer messages on Amazon within SLA • Manage and dispute A-to-Z claims with strategic arguments • Request removal of negative feedback when applicable • Monitor metrics daily (ODR, VTR, OTDR, Late Shipment Rate) • Identify complaint patterns by SKU and report to leadership • Work on fraud prevention through profile analysis • Document each case with root cause and action taken
🎯 Requirements
• Reside in Northern or Northeastern Brazil • Have or be willing to register as an MEI (Individual Micro-Entrepreneur) • Own a computer and have a stable internet connection • Real availability to work US hours (Eastern Time) • Mobile phone available during the entire workday • Fluent in Portuguese • Intermediate English (reading and writing – systems in English) • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Analytical mindset • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence
