• Overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for all affiliated companies under Enterprise Management • Managing recruitment strategy, optimizing applicant tracking systems • Supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists • Ensuring all workforce needs are met in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards • Developing long-term workforce planning strategies • Executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns • Driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process • Collaborating with leadership across operations, HR, compliance, and finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role • Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services settings strongly preferred • Familiarity with EEO/AA, OFCCP, and HRIS/ATS systems • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
