📋 Description

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates • Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines across various industries • Close collaboration with department heads and HR staff • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments • Create and maintain candidate pools for mission-critical roles • Draft and send offer letters, facilitate reference checks • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Ensure compliance with workforce needs and regulations • Participate in HR meetings and community outreach activities • Conduct workforce data analysis to monitor recruiting trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required • Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit settings strongly preferred • Familiarity with labor laws and EEO/AA regulations a plus • Ability to pass background and reference checks • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Cultural competency and inclusive recruitment practices • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
