🎯 Requirements

•Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software, with a consistent track record of quota achievement. •Experience navigating and closing complex, multi-threaded deals involving C-level stakeholders and cross-functional buying teams. •Strong account planning and opportunity qualification skills using frameworks like MEDDPICC. •Proven ability to articulate business value and ROI in a clear, compelling manner. •Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. •Adept at working independently and taking initiative while also being a team player. •Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. •Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle B2B enterprise software sales experience—preferably in ERP, finance, CRM, procurement, or adjacent SaaS sectors. •Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple personas and stakeholders. •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and sell at all organizational levels. •Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is highly desirable.
