📋 Description

• Troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions • Maintain and audit Workday HCM • Maintain Workday security • Develop and maintain testing scripts and execute testing • Develop and maintain functional/user documentation • Analyze data for accuracy and comparisons • Provide cross-departmental support to departments using HR systems • Act as liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work • Workday experience required • Minimum 1 year as functional analyst • Minimum 1 year writing and executing test scripts • Ability to multi-task • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills • Workday configuration experience preferred, but not required • HR Experience and/or Support Desk experience preferred • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function
