📋 Description

• Work directly on strategic initiatives and growth projects as part of the core team • Build and optimize scalable processes, workflows, and internal structures • Analyze markets and competitors and support the creation of pitch decks and sales and marketing materials • Further develop the service portfolio and actively help shape new initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and positioning • Create, structure, and coordinate internal and external communications • Take ownership of smaller projects and work closely with partners and client teams • Work closely with the founders to build and scale the consulting firm

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business, communications, technology, or a comparable subject • Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships, part-time jobs, or projects in a startup, consulting, or sales environment • You have an understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications • You are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • You work independently and in a structured manner, with a solution-oriented mindset • You are quick to familiarize yourself with new topics • You have professional fluency in written and spoken German (at least C1 level) • A compelling digital application in PDF format, ideally including your CV, proof of enrollment, and academic transcripts or certificates
