• Develop an entirely new onboarding survey for new hires • Assess onboarding processes and the new hire experience at Energy Solutions • Collaborate with multiple teams across different departments • Take input into consideration—and offer yours—as you build the new survey • Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership • Conduct essential competitor market research with Compensation Specialist • Create a PC team bot in Slack using AI tools for automating responses to FAQs
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel • Enrolled full- or part-time in an undergraduate program as a second to fourth-year student or enrolled in a graduate program • US Citizen or permanent resident • Available to meet weekly full-time hours requirement between August and November
• Proficiency in research and developing best practices for employee engagement surveys • Insight into the critical role people analytics plays in supporting workforce planning and strategic decision-making • Access to senior leadership during presentations on research recommendations and findings—and the public speaking skills to address them directly
