📋 Description

• Lead construction operations across all project phases, from preconstruction and project planning through closeout and warranty. • Drive the execution of company strategy, operational objectives, and financial performance goals. • Establish, implement, and enforce company-wide construction standards, best practices, and quality control programs. • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. • Partner with business development and project development teams to support project pursuits, budgeting, scope development, and client presentations. • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, billings, and profitability across the construction portfolio. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, design professionals, and key industry partners. • Lead contract negotiations and support the management of contractual agreements with owners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. • Drive risk management efforts through proactive planning, issue resolution, and participation in company-wide risk mitigation initiatives. • Review project schedules, construction methods, procurement strategies, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies. • Lead resolution of complex project challenges, escalated client concerns, and construction-related issues. • Monitor project performance through regular site visits, progress reviews, and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. • Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent field of study • 10+ years of industry experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Extensive knowledge of performance contracting, design-build construction, and delivery of projects to the MUSH market • Exemplary project management skills • Proven track record of success and demonstrated leadership skills • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively manage and mentor junior staff • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Current working knowledge of the industry and the willingness to maintain and grow your knowledge
