📋 Description

• Own a territory/portfolio with primary markets in medical and pharmaceutical chemistry customers • Create and maintain account plans by mapping decisionmakers • Build multi-level relationships to expand share of wallet • Lead opportunities from discovery to close • Champion disciplined commercial excellence • Support continuous improvement across commercial processes

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field • 5+ years of experience selling to pharmaceutical environments and CDMOs • Proven ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Basic analytical tools (Excel/Power BI) • Strong executive presence with comfort presenting to senior leaders
