âą Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and urgency âą Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, referrals, and web inquiries âą Perform detailed intake interviews to evaluate potential personal injury cases âą Gather and document all required client and case information accurately âą Identify high-value or urgent cases and escalate them appropriately âą Clearly explain the legal representation process to prospective clients âą Guide qualified leads through the execution of representation agreements using electronic signature platforms âą Build trust and rapport while helping potential clients make informed decisions âą Maintain strong conversion rates by following established intake processes and best practices âą Accurately document call notes, client information, and follow-up activities within the case management system âą Ensure all intake records are complete, organized, and compliant with firm standards âą Maintain accurate records of communications and next steps throughout the intake process âą Communicate with attorneys when case approval or legal guidance is required âą Follow Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) âą Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and legal information âą Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from intake to case management
âą Minimum 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Intake âą U.S. Legal Intake âą Personal Injury Client Intake âą C1 English proficiency or higher (written and spoken) is required âą Outstanding communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills âą Proven ability to confidently guide prospective clients through the intake and sign-up process âą Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy âą Ability to follow structured scripts, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) âą Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment âą Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours, including some evening and weekend shifts
