📋 Description

• The Sales Representative Dental will work remotely for Orascoptic but will be based in Portugal. • You will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to dental and healthcare clinicians. • The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clinicians. • Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts. • Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory. • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales. • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory. • Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided. • Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team. • Attend industry conferences and events to expand our network and promote products.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years previous dental sales experience with a proven track record of success. • Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. • Solid computer skills are a necessary to input orders, navigate reports, and manage territory. • Must act in a professional, confidential, and positive manner. • Must have a fluent level of the Portuguese and English languages. • Must have a valid driver's license.
