📋 Description

• Manage and optimize Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager • Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, Windows Autopilot deployments, and application rollouts • Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver an excellent end-user experience • Drive productivity improvements through automation and self-service solutions • Enhance IT service delivery processes, including ServiceNow workflows and knowledge management • Support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments • Manage authentication and access controls, including Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO • Administer identity governance and access management through SolarWinds ARM • Conduct access reviews and support audits • Collaborate with Information Security and business stakeholders to maintain least-privilege access controls

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive approach to service management • Experience in an ITIL-based service management environment • Experience contributing to infrastructure or digital transformation projects • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform • Ability to manage incidents, service requests, changes, and knowledge documentation • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently and in cross-functional teams • In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 services • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA • Fluent English
