📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications using App Engine • Design and optimize workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and user interfaces • Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), including software compliance, license optimization, and lifecycle management • Maintain and evolve the CMDB through data quality, governance, service mapping, and configuration accuracy • Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer • Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, provide technical expertise, and drive ITIL-aligned process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices • Experience integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for automation and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills in English • Customer-focused mindset • Commitment to building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
