📋 Description

• Design and responsibility for the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects. • Support for the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products. • Development of specific ServiceNow requirements and applications. • Customization of topic-specific modules and optimization of their use. • Implementation and coordination of interfaces to other systems. • Active support of projects and ensuring thorough documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience. • Several years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions. • Enjoys clearly documenting complex issues and working in a solution-oriented manner. • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for OMS, FSM, or SPM. • Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Scoped Applications, Update Sets). • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and scripting concepts such as Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. • Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus. • Excellent German and English language skills.
