📋 Description

• Responsible for the planning, successful execution and follow through on a diverse range of client activities aimed at promoting mutual growth and profitability. • Maintain the highest level of client trust ensuring client retention. • Carry out innovative and complex projects to their completion associated to client needs and make sound recommendations to ensure EPIC RPS exceeds client expectations. • Assist in resolving escalated client issues. • Solicit feedback from internal and external partners to continually improve EPIC RPS deliverables. • Conduct on-site or virtual client meetings on a regular basis with an emphasis on client growth, satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through the introduction of additional EPIC RPS Investment 5 and Administrative services. • Manage communications between all client representative, trade partners, trust system vendors and all levels of internal EPIC RPS staff. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or other industry certifications preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA requirements. • Experience with administering a broad range of qualified plans. • Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients, company management and colleagues. • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets legislative changes, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to create reports, professional business correspondence and procedures. • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or written form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications.
