• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within a fast-paced promotions and branded merchandise company • Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling • Partner with hiring managers and HR Manager to ensure smooth and consistent onboarding experiences • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR questions and support • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when needed • Support job postings and basic recruiting administrative tasks • Assist with maintaining HR files and required documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required • 2–3 years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role • Experience in a fast-paced environment (promotions, retail, agency, logistics, or similar preferred) • Working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar) • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
