• Work closely with the Enterprise Financial Services team and provide business development for new sales opportunities and tender activities • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals • Engage proactively with clients on a consultative basis to understand their business, challenges, and needs • Prepare proposals and present solutions to prospective clients • Develop strategic solutions that demonstrate a clear return on investment for the customer and meet the changing needs of the client and market • Network with key senior-level decision-makers across all client departments to pursue and close new business opportunities • Utilize in-depth knowledge of data usage to solve operational business problems • Create strong relationships with clients to add significant value and drive sales growth • Promote and sell Equifax solutions and products to new, large and complex clients in currently served verticals and new markets
• Previous experience working for a Credit Bureau or Industry Reseller • Proven success in field sales and/or business development • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals with long lead-times • Experience in selling deals with potential revenue of over 31m • Potential to sell solutions to companies within the top 20 of the Equifax portfolio • Experience managing complex strategic relationships • Demonstrable over-performance sales track record • Ability to manage pricing negotiations • Knowledge of Consumer, Commercial, and Marketing data (desirable) • Experience in presenting to small and large groups of clients and key decision-makers • Tenacity to pursue and close deals with long lead-times • Ability to articulate the complexity of Equifax offerings to clients • Consultative approach to engage with clients and understand their needs • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets • Strategic thinking to identify and develop new business opportunities • In-depth knowledge of data usage and its applications in solving business problems
