📋 Description

• Responsible for initial client contact and setup of new clients on notification applications and services • Keep up-to-date on notification products and services through classroom and on-the-job training • Provide exceptional customer service and optimize each client contact • Install new applications through project management and solution design, including reviewing site surveys, gathering client requirements, creating application handoff sheets, installing software, and setting up daily routines • Contact clients within established timelines to confirm orders and explain installation and training processes • Maintain detailed notes on all client contacts and in the customer database • Obtain, verify, and validate client data for successful application setup and supportability • Make proactive outbound calls and follow up with clients • Gather client requirements and recommend application best practices • Coordinate communication and follow-up when other team members are needed to resolve an issue • Establish and follow project plans as needed • Identify new product, service, and feature opportunities with clients during conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Mandarin and English speaker • Customer service skills • Ability to keep current with notification products and services • Experience or ability to perform project management and solution design activities • Ability to review site surveys and gather client requirements • Ability to install software and set up daily routines • Ability to obtain, verify, and validate client data • Ability to recommend application best practices • Ability to maintain detailed customer database notes • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screening checks
