📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to global business leaders and translate business goals into HR strategies • Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across an international workforce • Shape global performance frameworks • Drive retention and development strategies for hard-to-find pharmacovigilance and safety talent • Monitor global team engagement and act on employee feedback • Guide teams through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation • Support reward decisions and HR reporting using data-driven analysis • Ensure global HR policies remain compliant across markets • Partner directly with senior pharmacovigilance leadership across regions • Help build teams, culture, and capability supporting global drug safety monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries • CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required • PV experience is preferred • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) • Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement, and change • Data-driven and commercially minded approach • Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel when needed • Ability to partner with senior PV leadership across regions • Knowledge of compensation, HR analytics, reporting, and global compliance
