• Act as trusted advisor to global business and leaders, translating goals into HR strategies • Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across an international workforce • Shape global performance frameworks and drive retention and development strategies for PV and safety talent • Monitor global team engagement and act on employee feedback • Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation • Support compensation and reward decisions with data-driven analysis and HR reporting • Ensure global HR policies remain compliant across operating markets • Partner with senior pharmacovigilance leadership across regions • Help build teams, culture, and capabilities supporting global drug safety monitoring
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries • CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required • PV experience is preferred • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) • Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change • Data-driven and commercially minded approach, with ability to turn people insights into action • Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel when needed
