📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to global business and senior leaders • Translate business goals into effective HR strategies • Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across multiple countries • Shape global performance frameworks • Drive retention and development strategies for PV and safety talent • Monitor global team engagement and act on employee feedback • Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation • Support compensation and reward decisions using data-driven analysis • Manage HR reporting and ensure global policies remain compliant across markets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries • CRO or pharmaceutical experience required • PV experience preferred • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) • Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement, and change • Data-driven and commercially minded approach • Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel when needed • Ability to work across a genuinely international, multi-country footprint
