📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to global business leaders and translate business goals into HR strategies • Lead capability gap analysis, succession planning, and talent strategy across an international workforce • Shape global performance frameworks • Drive retention and development strategies for pharmacovigilance and safety talent • Monitor global team sentiment and implement engagement actions • Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth, and transformation • Support compensation and reward decisions with data-driven analysis • Deliver HR reporting and maintain compliance of global policies across markets • Partner with senior pharmacovigilance leadership across regions • Help build teams, culture, and capability supporting global drug safety monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries • CRO or pharmaceutical experience required • PV experience preferred • A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) • Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance • Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change • Data-driven and commercially minded approach • Experience navigating organizational change and complex structures • Strong relationship-building skills and credibility to advise senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel when needed • Ability to support global, matrixed, multi-country environments
