• Strategic growth: You will expand our market presence in your region and develop new revenue opportunities. • Sales cycle: Accompany B2B customers through the entire sales process from first contact to successful closing. • New business & account management: Acquire new B2B customers via outbound prospecting and strategically grow existing accounts. • Lead handling: Process regional inbound leads in a structured manner and convert them into successful projects. • Project work: Manage complex customer projects and develop appropriate solution concepts. • Sales processes: Document activities in the CRM and analyze market and competitor developments.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with complex/technical products • Strong drive and passion to delight customers, identify opportunities and proactively create new business • Sales talent: Persuasiveness, excellent communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident presence — including with decision-makers • Initial exposure to office supplies or ergonomics is a plus • Experience working in a structured way with a CRM and using it intentionally for strategic account development • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPICED, SPIN or MEDDIC is a plus • Driver’s license and willingness to attend regional customer appointments • Fluent German (spoken and written) • Good English skills
