• We are looking for a Sales Leader to scale with us on the Commercial team! • At Escale, we combine technology, data and strategy to transform how major brands connect with their customers. • Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives. • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, including hiring, training and people management. • Establish and monitor KPIs, targets and sales forecasts, driving data-based analyses and corrective actions. • Ensure excellence in sales process execution and in the customer experience. • Foster collaboration with other areas to maximize conversions. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, highlighting practices that increase efficiency, productivity and result quality.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; • Understanding of sales metrics, data analysis and use of CRM tools; • Ability to work with shifting priorities; • Skill in leading teams with a focus on sustainable performance and a high-performance culture; • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; • Experience managing a telesales team is a plus; • Familiarity with Jira and Looker is a plus; • Availability to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
